If you choose to continue your treatment with another provider, we will be happy to provide your records upon receipt of a signed Records Release Authorization. Please note that, as part of the transfer process, a financial transfer workup will be completed to determine any remaining financial responsibility based on your treatment progress and account status. If a balance remains, our team will review those details with you and answer any questions you may have.
